Our Story
WhiteSpot Construction was established in 2003 by founder Terry White, who wanted to extend his passion for remodeling and renovation beyond his personal projects. For over 20 years as a referral only company, reputation has taken WhiteSpot to neighborhoods all across metro Charlotte: Elizabeth, Myers Park, Sedgefield, Eastover, Madison Park, Dilworth, Cotswold, Matthews, Pineville, and others.
Terry’s son Tyler joined WhiteSpot in 2024, allowing them to offer a truly unique experience in Charlotte. Together they are a dedicated team, a single point of contact from design and CAD planning through all phases of detailed execution.
On every WhiteSpot project, the ultimate goal has always been to understand exactly what a client envisions, and do things the right way to make those visions a reality.
